I’m so excited today to announce the launch of the Healthy Blogger Book Club!
This is a virtual event happening on the first Thursday of each month, and here’s how it’s going to work:
If you’re not a blogger but want to participate, you can do so by reading the book and discussing it within the comments.
I love the idea of us connecting over books virtually and not being restricted by geography. In fact, my co-host Stephanie and I met through Instagram after we discovered a mutual interest in holistic health and nutrition, so you could say that this club was destined to meet within the blogosphere.
I realize this is super short notice, but the first meet-up is happening next week(!) on May 5th. In the future we’ll be giving a month’s notice for the next title.
The first book in the Club we’ll be discussing is called A Mind of Your Own: The Truth About Depression and How Women Can Heal Their Bodies to Reclaim Their Lives by Kelly Brogan, M.D.
Having already read this book, I can tell you that it was incredibly thought-provoking and I can’t wait to get your take on it. If you want to link-up your review of this book or any other one of your choosing, then you’ll find the link available on my blog on the morning of May 5th.
