How To Burn Fat Fast
How do you burn fat fast? How do you speed up the metabolism with the right exercises and proper nutrition?
Here are some tips:
1. Increase your fiber intake
It’s a fact that most of us do not eat enough fiber. Fiber aids in the fat burning process and helps you feel full. Salads with green leafy vegetables are great sources of fiber.
2. Do not starve or stuff yourself.
We’ve all heard that, right? Moderation is key. The timing of meals is important also. Make sure that you always eat before you feel like you are starving.
If you follow this simple rule, you’ll keep your rmetabolism rolling and burn fat fast. Think about wild animals. Are they fat? No! What can we learn from them? Stop eating when you are satisfied and don’t eat until you are so stuffed that we barely move.
3. Do what it takes to build your muscle mass – that will burn your fat.
We know that the muscles are more metabolically active than fat tissue. Therefore your job is to do some resistance training,to admore muscle, which in will boost your metabolism and burn fat. The more muscle mass you have, the more calories and fat your body will burn all day.
4. Stay away from “comfort foods” before you go to bed.
These foods are high in sugar or carbohydrates. These foods include most cereals, breads, snacks, sweets, fruit and processed fruit juices. Eating these foods just before bedtime will cause you to store fat while you are sleeping. To avoid this problem all together make your last meal 3 hours before you go to bed. Eating late also slows your metabolism because with the minimum amount of calories burned while your sleeping causes you to wake up the following morning not hungry for breakfast.
Now your metabolism is off to a slow start and you won’t eat until lunchtime or after and you’ll probably over eat because you haven’t eaten since the night before. As a result you eat a late dinner and the cycle repeats. This practice is common among overweight people.
5. Increase your interval training to burn fat.
Short intense interval training workouts burn fat more effectively than long cardio workouts. Research shows that people who do 30 minutes of intense interval training burn more fat than those doing just one 60 minute session of cardio.
Follow these tips to burn fat fast, and you will see great results.
