The key to acheiving success from your Healthy Detox plan lies in considering ALL the forms of damaging toxins that affect your wellbeing. Many judge that performing a healthy detox plans act as a panacea or cure all for their body’s afflictions. Nevertheless, this is not correct. You must take into account all the factors which are toxic to our health, not solely the things we eat and drink.
Here is my list of some of the damaging pressures we subject ourselves to:-
Bad diet – convenience “fast” foods, foods burdened with chemical preservatives or pesticides, buttery foods, fatty foods, foods containing vast amounts of sugar, alcohol, soda and fizzy drinks, drugs and nicotine.
Environmental factors – chemicals and gases in the air, water with so called purifying chemicals added to it, toxins from clothes, from synthetic air fresheners, deodorants, unpurified water, cleaning chemicals and products, and washing powders.
Emotional contaminations – fearfulness, panic, worry, stressful demanding lifestyles, bad relationships, troublesome families and individual pressures.
Spiritual factors – lack of control, guidance or direction, bad behaviuoral patterns, unfruitful education and unimportant, meaningless aims.
As you can understand from the above list a real Healthy Detox doesn’t just involve a change of diet and if you read betweeen the lines you can recognise that each section of the list can combine with others to manifest and magnify it’s effects on the body. For example, after a stressful day at work we ofttimes reach out for comfort foods full of sugar that give us a temporary lift or nip down to the local pub for a quick drink. It’s not difficult to see why some people who have been through a healthy detox fast do not see considerable benefits and remain “flat” because they are still under attack from those other areas of toxicity.
So if you wish to revitalise yourself and win back your vigour you also need to address the other components which lead to your body being bombarded with noxious toxic “bullets”. The real secret to regaining your vitality and emotional vigour by means of a Healthy Detox plan must include solutions to lessen the emotional, mental, environmental and lifestyle, aswell as the physiological, toxicities which assail you day by day.
